A Day at Mariana Oncology

I recently had the opportunity to photograph at Mariana Oncology, a Novartis company redefining cancer treatment through precision radioligand therapies, where cutting-edge science meets the power of human connection. The work onsite was about capturing unscripted moments - candid shots of employees in labs, offices, and manufacturing spaces; teams in collaboration, individuals in quiet concentration - the daily interactions that reflect Mariana’s culture of purpose and progress. What stood out most was that every employee - from leadership to research to admin - conveyed their mission, to make a meaningful difference for patients.
